BRICK Education Network is a community support organization with a proven track record of breaking cycles of poverty through a unique, two-generation approach. By addressing the needs of children and their caregivers, they break down barriers to generational success and support communities brick by brick.   

I was retained full-time following the conclusion of 10-month Education Pioneers Analyst Fellowship to leverage data for improved student outcomes. 

Key Accomplishments:
- Led and managed the build-out of a data warehouse to store student data from disparate data sources to systemize data collection and support programs for school community services
-Implemented evaluative metric rubric around student community interventions and programs to determine overall program effectiveness and viability on increasing students’ educational outcomes
