BLKPalate is a culinary collective that uses food as a lens to interrogate conversations about race, gender, and class. 

As Co-founder, COO, I oversaw the organizational strategy and operations to ensure alignment across our mission, vision, and values. Our signature event FED series, featured notable speakers like Tunde Wey and Allison Roman, to name a few. I co-led and designed multi-format (online & IRL) cooking demonstrations to interrogate the history and origins of food native to the American region and across the African diaspora. Some select partners include Anomaly, VICE, Just Food Gala, Park Slope Food COOP, and lululemon.
