Black Girls Tennis Club is a 501(c)(3) that serves as a pathway to joy, radical wellness, and liberation for Black Women and girls.

Throughout my engagement, I provided strategic thought leadership to co-founders across various topics/areas of the business. I also led a national search for strategic key hires that included-- role scoping, hiring process design, candidate archetyping, and screening conversations from a pool of diverse applicants.
